Energy Saving

ICQ Holding’s subsidiaries are those companies known as Energy Service Companies (ESCO), whose primary objective is to obtain significant energy saving by improving energy efficiency, carrying out activities with private capitals and providing global management services to public authorities.
The ESCO measures allow end customers to improve their energy efficiency at nearly zero costs since investments are made by the actual ESCO and repaid over time with part of the energy saving actually obtained.
Energy saving activities include:

• Thermal energy and electricity production plants (trigeneration at Supermarkets of the Brendolan Group in Verona);
• Electricity production plants from recovering low enthalpy heat with ORC - Organic Rankine Cycles (plants at the Sangalli Glass Industry in Manfredonia);
• Public and private lighting.
