Model 231

The law no. 300 passed on September  29, 2000 and the Legislative Decree no. 231 passed on June 8, 2001 introduced the administrative responsibility of the Bodies, with or without a legal status, for offences committed to their advantage or in their interest from persons that hold positions as representatives, administrators or directors of the body and from persons under their management and supervision.

The Company may be exempt from this responsibility if -in the event one of these offences is committed as indicated in the Decree and in its provisions- the  executive body demonstrates having effectively adopted and implemented prior to the committing of the offence, "organizational and management models suitable for preventing offences of the type that have been committed".

The  ICQ group adopted a company organizational model in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
